How do I make a reservation?

What are the possible arrival days?
With the exception of July and August, when arrivals are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday, arrivals can be made on any day.
What are the possible arrival and departure times?
- Arrivals are from 4pm to 6pm (7pm in July and August).
- Departures must be before 10 a.m. for rentals and 12 p.m. for bare pitches.
How do you deal with late arrivals?
In the event of a late arrival, please inform reception in advance. The Swikly online deposit must also be paid in advance.
Are unaccompanied minors accepted?
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the entire duration of their stay (including in aquatic areas).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in cash, credit cards on site and by mail, cheques (at least 1 month before arrival) and paper or connect vacation vouchers (for payment of the stay only).
Is the campsite VACAF approved?
Yes, the campsite is VACAF approved. For further information, please contact us with your VACAF number and the number of your department, so that we can draw up the most accurate quote for you.
How do I pay for my stay?
To validate your stay, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The balance of the stay must then be paid, at the latest, one month before the scheduled arrival date.
Who does the tourist tax apply to, and what does it mean?
The tourist tax applies to people of legal age, and is compulsory as it enables local authorities to develop the tourist offer on their territory. It is calculated per night and per person (see our rates).
What is the household waste fee?
The household waste fee, also known as eco-participation, is calculated on the basis of the number of days spent on the site, and applies to each stay (accommodation and pitch). This fee is designed to raise awareness of the need for eco-responsibility, and has been introduced to facilitate the sorting and collection of household waste.
How many vehicles can be parked on each site?
As our campsite is entirely pedestrian, there are no vehicles in the vicinity of our accommodations. In addition, there are several parking lots nearby with allocated spaces. It is possible to have one vehicle per pitch. All additional vehicles must be parked in the parking lot at the campsite entrance.
Is it possible to choose our location or rental?
Please let us know your preferences and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
What’s the nearest train station and airport?
The nearest train station is La Roche-sur-Yon, 7.5km away. The nearest airport is Nantes Atlantique, around 90km away.
Should we bring our own sheets?
Bed and bath linen is included in our cottages EXCLUSIVELY for stays of 7 nights or more. For other accommodations, you’ll need to bring your own. We also offer sheets and towels for hire.(Find out more about our services ).
Are barbecues allowed?
Charcoal barbecues are not permitted on the campsite. We offer gas barbecues for hire.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed on the campsite, with a supplement, except in our Nature cottages, chalet du lac and lodges. Only one dog per accommodation. Cats and NAC prohibited.
Is it possible to rent a refrigerator for a camping pitch?
Yes, refrigerator rental is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
Are baby facilities available in your campsite/accommodation?
Yes, it is possible to rent a cot (mattress not included) and/or a high chair. Find out more about our services.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
Bicycles can be hired at the campsite, subject to availability.
Where can I go shopping?
There are several supermarkets nearby, in the town of La Roche-sur-Yon. The first are 4.5 km from the campsite. There’s also a convenience store at the campsite reception.
Are visitors welcome?
Yes, visitors are welcome on the campsite at an additional cost. However, access to the aquatic areas is strictly forbidden to visitors.
Are the pools heated?
The indoor pool is heated. The lagoon is heated solely by the sun’s rays.
What types of swimwear are permitted in the aquatic area?
Shorts, boxer shorts and burkinis are forbidden, as are all other garments. Swimming briefs and boxer shorts are accepted.
When do you offer organized events?
Activities are offered in July and August.
Is WIFI available on the campsite?
Yes, WIFI is available free of charge throughout the campsite.
How are rental accommodation departures organized?
When you arrive, and via the Campilo application that you will download in advance thanks to an e-mail sent a few days before, you will make an inventory of your accommodation, reporting any abnormal or missing items.
On the day of departure, you must vacate your rental by 10 a.m. and return the key to reception. The rental must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the inventory must be checked. You will be responsible for any missing, broken or damaged items not reported at the time of check-out, and for restoring the property if necessary.
What does the cleaning package include?
The cleaning package includes cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, toilets, bedrooms and floors. You will be responsible for cleaning the refrigerator (which must be turned off and defrosted), clean, dry and tidy dishes, the shower drain turned over and clean, and the rubbish sorted and deposited in the garbage can in front of reception.
Can I cancel my reservation?
If you cancel without taking out cancellation insurance :
- More than 30 days before the start of your stay: a cancellation fee of €20/accommodation will be deducted.
- Less than 30 days before the start of your stay: no refund will be made.
